Three-Tower Plan
Approximately 553 homes are planned across two 26-storey towers and one 27-storey tower.
A New Perspective on Lentor
Between Lentor’s emerging town centre and its surrounding low-rise neighbourhoods, a new residential address is planned. Lentor Signature occupies a site beside Lentor Modern, where an established rail connection, everyday retail and the developing network of green spaces meet.
The proposed three-tower condominium continues GuocoLand’s involvement in the Lentor Hills estate. Its setting, rather than an unannounced architectural theme, provides the clearest picture of what is to come.
The proposed composition is straightforward: approximately 553 homes across three residential towers, two rising 26 storeys and the third 27 storeys. Together they will form another part of Lentor’s evolving skyline.
Beyond the site, the surrounding landed neighbourhoods and reservoirs give the location a distinctive geographical context. GuocoLand has indicated that many homes are expected to look towards the low-rise estates, Lower Seletar Reservoir or Lower Peirce Reservoir. Actual views will depend on the final building and unit positions.
This is GuocoLand’s fifth residential site in the Lentor Hills estate. The neighbouring Lentor Modern has already introduced an integrated retail and rail hub, while Hillock Park and the planned linear park form part of the wider precinct’s green-space framework. Detailed architectural treatments and on-site facilities have yet to be established in the material reviewed.
Its strongest established qualities arise from the site, planned scale and surrounding neighbourhood infrastructure.

Lentor MRT station on the Thomson–East Coast Line connects the neighbourhood to destinations including Orchard, Outram Park and Marina Bay. The station is integrated with Lentor Modern, whose retail mall provides shopping, food and daily necessities near the new development. Lentor Signature is a separate project; it should not be described as directly integrated with the station.
Hillock Park and a planned linear park contribute to the wider neighbourhood setting. Anderson Primary School, Presbyterian High School and CHIJ St Nicholas Girls’ School are among the educational institutions in the area. School admission eligibility and precise pedestrian routes require separate verification.
